>>My Booklist<<
refresh // get an apology

People often get me books as gifts, but they are always giving away what they are going to give me by asking if I have this one or that one. This is for them. Of course, it will also be useful to me because I usually forget things. Short term memory, you know.

Perhaps you'd like to skip the regular books and go straight to other types of books...if so, click here.

Book Name Book Author Notes
The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn Mark Twain From my 5th grade teacher -- she needed to get rid of a bunch of old books and I got them. Very, very old - 1918. Sheesh. It has those yellowed pages that means it is old. Anyways, liked the story but I'm not a huge fan of it. In fact, I didn't even like it until I watched Elijah Wood as Huck Finn in the movie. Then..well...let's just imagine cute little Elijah doing all those things in the book. That's better.
All Alone Clair Huchet Bishop Read this a long time ago...not a huge fan, but it's ok.
Anne of Avonlea L. M. Montgomery Realizing that Anne of Green Gables had a series, I went out and bought the second book. Love it too, but the first one is still my favorite.
Anne of Green Gables L. M. Montgomery Given to me by [insert family member] in hopes that I would learn to like classic stories. It worked. In very used condition, I love this story.
The Art of the Table Suzanne Von Drachenfels Apparently, my parents thought my table manners (and setting skills) were so awful that I need a book to use as reference. Does anyone follow this stuff?
Artemis Fowl (#1). I also have Artemis Fowl and the Arctic Incident and Artemis Fowl and the Eternity Code. Eoin Colfer Awesome book, loved it! The markings on the pages were really cool. I'm guessing it was Gnomish or Fairy. Anyhow, bought the first one after I read most of it at Walden books. Couldn't help it, it was awesome. It's rather worn now, because I've read it about 20 times ^^;;
Artemis Fowl
The Arctic Incident (I also have Artemis Fowl (#1) and Artemis Fowl and the Eternity Code (#3))
Eoin Colfer A sequel to the first, it was very good. I liked this one the least, but it was still really, really good. Bought it simply because I knew the first one was good.
Artemis Fowl
The Eternity Code. I also have Artemis Fowl (#1) and Artemis Fowl and Arctic Incident (#2)
Eoin Colfer Had to buy it as soon as I saw it at the book fair. Very good book, but not as good as the first two. I mean, I liked in second best but only because it was really interesting not because the story/plot thing was all that great. I had to read it over again to figure out some stuff.
ASTRONOMY
INVESTIGATE series
Tim Furniss Attempt made by my mother to use my love of reading to her advantage. Pretty slick, trying to get me to read about ASTRONOMY...now a reference book for projects. The same goes for WILDLIFE and WORLD HISTORY. Note: Astronomy is not to be confused with astrology.
Atlas of the World Scholastic It's an atlas, a reference book. Uh. Duh.
Ballet Stories Introduced by Darcey Bussel
Written by Barbara Newman
Illustrated by Gill Tomblin
UNREAD, but I looked at the pictures.
The Beanie Baby Handbook Les & Sue Fox Yeah, yeah. I like stuffed things. I call them plushies now, thanks to Neopets.
Britney Spears | Special Edition Angie Nichols Auntie Julie gave me this for my...10th...11th...somethingth birthday because I liked Britney's first CD (I had it on cassete only).
Calvin & Hobbes Bill Watterson Dude!? Dude?! This is awesome, I love Calvin and Hobbes. Mainly Hobbes though. Got it from that same club as the one I got 101 Game Boy Secrets Revealed.
Cat's Cradle Anne Akers Johnson Fun book about string figures. Boredom Biter.
Chicken Soup for the Kid's Soul. I also have Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul. Various people (I guess...) Recieved when I was 10, this was a really great book for me to read. Gave me some insight ya know. Given to me for Christmas one year by Auntie Jule. Funny isn't it, she really isn't my aunt. She was the landlady of our first home when my family moved here. Friends :)
Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul. I also have Chicken Soup for the Kid's Soul. Various people (I suppose anyway.) I like reading about other people's stories. But I don't read this all that much anymore, only once in a while will I look at a story or two. Bought after reading the Chicken Soup for the Kid's Soul.
A Child's Garden of Virtues Various Authors Cute stories that have a hidden virtue. Proves I have none.
The Children's Illustrated Bible Retold by Selina Hastings A heck of a lot easier to understand than my New American Bible.
Chinese Cinderella Adeline Yen Mah Saw it in a book order, then bought it at the book fair in school. Wonderful book, very touching.
Chobits: Volume One CLAMP I've read some of the other ones (internet download) but this is the only one in my possesion. Very good, wonderful and it's no wonder so many people love it.
The Christmas Miracle. I also have another book of this type called I Like Me. Alan Siewert I'm a character in this story. When I was six, my classmates and I each got our own book made for us. Same story, same pictures, same lines but with our names and the ones we chose in it. Cute.
Clues to the True You Julia Marsden I've never been very superstitious or thought that numbers or the stars or anything could determine who you are. But still, it's fun to play along.
Cold Fire Tamora Pierce It's another one of those books (like Harry Potter or LOTR or Artemis Fowl) that really opens up a whole new world; just like it says on those posters that tell kids to read. I've read this so many times...
Conversations with J.K. Rowling Lindsey Fraser I buy any Harry Potter related books that come my way. I hoped this might shed some light on the books. It's set like an interview - it's also gives some background information on Rowling herself; an authorized biography.
Cowboy Bepop ----shooting star---(Magna) Cain Kuga, Original concept by Hajime Yatate copyright Sunrise. I believe this is a different "version" of Cowboy Bepop or something. I'm not sure, because I've never read Cowboy Bepop before this. Anyways, it was really good and fun to read. Bought it at Sunrise store downstate.
Cytopathology Grace T. McKee I inherited this book from my grandfather when he passed away. Cannot understand any of it, besides the diagram of a cell.
The Day After Tomorrow Allan Folsom Bought for 50 cents at the antique store. Read it three or four times. Enjoyable to some extent, but not a favorite.
Dear Mom, Thank You For Being Mine Scott Matthews and Tamara Nikuradse One of those cute little things that mainly provides as something to place on Mother's Day card each year.
Di Gi Charat: Volume One CLAMP I've read some of the other ones (internet download) but this is the only one in my possesion. Very funny and cute, and as with the case, I'm not surprised a lot of people love it.
Diana: Twentieth Century Princess Patricia Reilly Giff Princess Diana, would probably be one of my role models. She did lots of really great things with her royalty, like promoting charities and stuff. This is a story of her life, one that I can understand - but it really glosses over her struggles with her illness.
Dikya, the Jellyfish Marla Yotoko Chorengel This is one of my kid/baby books. Really, really cute.
Don't Sweat the Small Stuff
and it's All Small Stuff.
Richard Carlson Borrowed from my parents, and that means it ain't never going to find it's way back to them. Found it an inspirational book, but I take things too calmly anyhow. Joking. I read this often, maybe a page every week.
Don't Sweat the Small Stuff for Teens Richard Carlson One of those rare occasions when the "for Teen" book was more sensible for me than the original. I really like the ideas in here, and I'd like to thank Dr. Carlson for making me less explosive.
The Double Life of Pocahontus Jean Fritz OK, not really bad just not really great either. I won't read it again though.
Dragonguest Anne McCaffret Plucked out of the "free book box" my 8th grade history teacher had lying about. I have only read bits of the first book and this is volume two. I found it entertaining, though sometimes I got confused.
The Elements of Style | Fourth Edition By William Strunk
Edits by E.B. White
Useful reference book for essays and other such nonsense.
Ella Enchanted Gail Carson Levine I love magical books, fairy tales and so forth. So this was a really fun book to read because I like the magic in it. A Newberry Honor book too! Bought it at a book fair.
Enchantress from the Stars Sylvia Engdahl Good book, I think it's called science fiction. I mean, it has to do with these advanced civilizations coming down to a more primitive planet and these primitives think they are magical. There's also a bit of a love story going down in these pages. Anyways, really liked it. Got it for free somewhere.
Encyclopedia of Science Projects Pam Robson and Mick Seller Useful reference book.
Encyclopedia of the United States Scholastic
Judy Bock, Rachel Kranz
Bought for use in Knowledge Bowl and US History projects. Extremely useful for reference.
English-French | French-English Dictionary Merriam Webster I am taking French this year and I'm not entirely honest about my assignments.
English-Tagalog Dictionary (one-way only) Booklore Publishing Corporation Tagalog, in case you didn't know (how couldn't you? Shame.), is the Filipino basically. I got this from my mom because I was begging to learn how to speak Tagalog. I'm still working on it but I don't use this one as much as the other because it doesn't go both ways.
English-Tagalog | Tagalog-English Dictionary Maria Odulio De Guzman Tagalog, in case you didn't know (how couldn't you? Shame.), is the Filipino basically. I got this from my mom because I was begging to learn how to speak Tagalog. I'm still working on it, this dictionary is worn and torn from use.
The Essential Photoshop Book Eileen Mullin Reference book for when I am attempting something with Photoshop. Useful, really.
Everything You Need to Know Scholastic A School Survival book. I can't say it's helped much.
Face facts, Sky Kate Andrews Pretty good :)
Falling Up Silverstein Very cool book, stole it from my parents when I was young (I was a little thief, wasn't I?) and never gave it back. Wonderful book, love it, love it, love it. I really love children stories/poems. But then again, everyone can enjoy this, except I *really* enjoyed this as a child and still love it now.
Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them Newt Scamander Actually, JK Rowling wrote this book; I am Muggle and have the Harry Potter books, therefore know Newt Scamander is not a real person. It was cool how it had a whole concept of being a schoolbook owned by Harry - plus the descriptions of each magical creature was fun to read.
Fear Streat: The Confession R.L. Stine It was a fine book; something I would recommend to my friends. The plot was good, like a surprise. Book order.
Flowers in the Attic (#2 is Petals in the Wind and #3 is If There Be Thorns) V.C. Andrews Bought all three books at a garage sale for cheap of course. I read it many times out of sheer horror. I was terrified about being locked in my crawlspace for awhile.
For My Daughter Evelyn Borthwick Christmas Gift 1998, inscribed with a reminder that my mom loves me and to BE GOOD. *cough* It's one of those very touching books, and I like it lots. I'll give it to my daughter, if I have one.
Fun Fingers, Fancy Feet Jane Glicksman Pages of stuff you can make for your..fingers and feet.

Kris Lowe Ho hum. OK book, not especially fond of it. Read it one or two times, got it from a book order club.
The Giving Tree Silverstein This is a classic child book. Best of all, it's even on my brother's reading list and he's in 4th grade! I like it :)
Green Mile Stephen King I finally bought and read this book. Love it a lot, that Stephen King is a favorite author of mine. I wish I had more of his books.

Guinness World Records 2002 Guinness I can't stop staring at these pictures. Take it away!!
The Gunslinger
The Dark Tower I
Stephen King It looked so enticing on that Bakersfield bookstore shelf. Stephen King is a favorite author of mine. I wish I had more of his books.
Gypsy Magic Barbara Cartland This and Journey to a Star were my first romance novels that I read. As much as I despise books with over excessive "crushes", I'm not incapable of liking stories with love as a theme. However, I don't often feel like reading this.
Hatchet Gary Paulsen Plucked out of the "free book box" my 8th grade history teacher had lying about. I enjoyed it.
Hair Wraps Anne Akers Johnson Those things look so neat! I love doing them :) Thank you, KLUTZ.

Harry Potter series: #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 J.K. Rowling I got #1-#4 for my birthday one or two years ago from Tita Annabel & Co. I bought the fifth book as soon as it came out, and all five (as expected) were excellent. In fact, you could say I'm a bit obsessed - I've read all 5 at least 15 times each and counting!
He Sees You When You're Sleping Mary & Carol Higgins Clark It was a fun book to read. I bought it in an airline bookstore for something to read during the flight. It served its purpose well.
Help! I'm Turning Into My Mother! Becky Freeman and Ruthie Arnold (Mother & Daughter) Bought in airport bookstore on my way back from California one year. A fun read, probably will be even funnier when I'm middle-aged and am turning into my mother for real. Oh God, no!
The Hobbit J.R.R. Tolkien I got this for my birthday...um...maybe when I was 11 or something from Tito Omel (I remember because I was so excited about it). Of course it's a wonderful book :)
Holes Louis Sachar Very awesome book. It's really, really, really good. 'Nuf said.

Homework Help on the Internet Marianne J. Dyson Well, I've never actually used this...maybe I should. :)
Horror Show Jim Razzi Got from my mom, one of the libraries old books they don't want anymore. I can see why, read once and don't want to ever touch it again.
How to Draw Anything | A Complete Guide Angela Gair Don't be fooled. Just because I have ownership of this book does not mean I have any drawing talent whatsoever. Good book though.
How to Draw Anime & Game Characters Vol. 1
Basics for Beginners and Beyond
Tadashi Ozawa I owe a lot to this book. It's really helpful.
How to Draw Manga | Vol. 4 .... Teaches people like me who claim to have no talent to dress characters in casual clothing.
How to Draw Manga | Vol. 5 .... Teaches people like me who claim to have no talent to learn and develop shoujo manga technique.
How to Say It Rosalie Maggio A book about what to say when you need to write something - choice words, phrases, sentences & paragraphs for every situation. I noticed they didn't say what to say when you've found out your dog has been dancing down at the club, or any number of things. I stole this from my parents.
I Like Me. I also have another book of this type called "The Christmas Miracle" Carol Stone I'm a character in this story. When I was six, my classmates and I each got our own book made for us. Same story, same pictures, same lines but with our names and the ones we chose in it. Cute.
If There Be Thorns (#3) I also have Flowers in the Attic (#1) and Petals in the Wind (#2) V.C. Andrews Again, this story is really character *what's the word?* heavy? I mean, I could just feel them. But anyways, good story and a fitting end to the trilogy. Bought at a garage sale.
Inside Out Ann M. Martin Old book from school - teacher didn't want it anymore. Not surprised. Read 2 times. Not a favorite, not hated either.
Inside the Hindenburg Mireille Majoor I learned a lot from this book; it's really awful, that Hindenburg.
Inspector Gadget The movie people: story, adaption, screenplay and all that jazz. So-so book. Not really happy about it, though I've read it a few times.
Instead of Three Wishes Megan Whalen Turner It's a collection of stories about fanciful things, with a twist. Really great read.
Inuyasha: Volume One Rumiko Takahashi I've read many of the other volumes, but this is currently the only one I own. It's really good - I very much would like to have the other mangas...
Jacinta's Story Andrea Fragelli Given to me by my maternal grandmother.
Jazz Up Your Jeans American Girl Library A neat book with tips and stuff so I can make my old clothes look neat.

The Kid's Book of Chess Harvey Kidder I'm not very good at Chess, but this thing came with my chess set - I'm still not good. At all.
The Lady in the Tower Jean Plaidy also known as Victoria Holt I like this book - Anne Boleyn is such an amazing story. I mean, this offered a first person view of what happened and it was really cool. Tragic, but a really good read. Read many times, stole it from Mom.
The Last Book in the Universe Rodman Philbrick Looked extremely interesting on the shelf, plucked it off and read the first few pages. Finished half the book in the store and bought it. Read over and over again. Like it.
Lemony Snicket: The Unauthorized Biography Author Unknown I think this was hilariously insane. It's confusing, hard to understand and has all these funny hints throughout the book. I love it :) I bought it from Walden Books December 2003. Also see the Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket.
Life is a Beach and Other SpongeBob-isms Nickelodean (I guess) I love SpongeBob, so when I saw this I just had to buy it! I read it whenever I feel the need to laugh or ponder the meaning of life.
The Lives of the Saints for Girls Louis M. Savary Given to me by my maternal grandmother, obviously. I think it was to prove that there is no way in earth or hell that I will be a saint. Ever.
The Lord of the Rings J.R.R. Tolkien Bought the entire thing - it's all in one huge book. I really, really like LOTR (yeah, I'm own of the crazed fans) and enjoyed the book immensely. I also like the Hobbit.
The Magical Worlds of Harry Potter David Colbert Much like the Sorcer's Companion, this book goes into background information to the historically rich books of Harry Potter. It's very interesting, but I'm slightly suspicious because it was not associated with anyone who had anything to do with Harry Potter.
A Manual of Style US Government Printing Office A guide to good writing. My oh-so-blah reference book.
Mel Liz Berry Accidently stolen from Accelerated Reading room. I mean accident, because if I meant to steal a book it would of been better than this one. Read once, not impressed.
Money Makers Ingrid Roper Shows girls what they can do to make some $$$. Despite having this book, I seem to have a distinct lake of $$$.

My Book about Me By Me & Dr. Suess A neat book were you fill in things about yourself.
My First Christmas Activity Book Angela Wilkes Insanely useful around Christmas time.
Nancy Drew: #12 The Message in the Hollow Oak and #52 The Secret in the Forgotten City Carolyn Keene I've read almost the whole series, but these are the only ones I own. Though, I would like to own them all; there isn't a lot of drama or action, but for some reason, I like it.
Numerology Dell Purse Book Weird little book. Interesting, yet sadly unrealistic.
The Nursery Rhyme Murders Agatha Christie Bought cheap at the antique store. Read it once, not much interest in reading it again.
The Official Pokemon Handbook Maria S. Barbo Well...I've been an avid Pokemon game player. I think they're cute (the show is yucky, blaaargh.) and everything. So this one came in handy. But I've stopped collecting and mostly stopped playing because I can't keep up with all 300 whatever. 150, no problem.
Oh My Goddess!: Wrong Number Kosuke Fujishima I've read many of the others, but this is currently the only one in my possession. Very good.
Organize Your Office! Ronni Eisenberg with Kate Kelly Useful when I'm trying to clean my desk up and organize it. I'm big on organization, too bad I can never follow routines that well.
Origami 2 Unknown Just what it sounds like.
Out of the Dust Karen Hesse This is one of my favourite books. I especially like the way it's set out, in almost a poetic way. It's really a touching story, and so real.
The Oxford Dictionary and Thesaurus Oxford Pretty useful, isn't it?
Palmistry Lisa Trumbauer Another superstitious practice gone awry. I cannot figure this stupid thing out, I never much liked palmistry. ^__^
Petals on the Wind (#2) I also have Flowers in the Attic (#1) and If There Be Thorns (#3) V.C. Andrews I was really awed (scared, really) by the emotions of the characters. It was a good book, and not as frightening as the first one. Bought this, along with the other two, at a garage sale.
Pokemon Trading Card Game
Player's Guide
Brian Brokaw & J. Douglas Arnold with Mark Elles Sure enough, this is from my Pokemon crazed days. In fact, I collected all 150 of the original first ones. I don't remember this one , just found it on my shelf.
Pollyanna Eleanor H. Porter Bought after reading an excerpt in my English book. I love it, one of those heartwarming stories.
The Princess Diaries: Volumes I-II
The Princess Diaries (I), Princess in the Spotlight (II), Princess in Love (I)
Meg Cabot Even though there are those crazy love things that I get annoyed about as a general theme, the funny way Mia writes in her diary makes up for it. Pretty good. Recieved as gift for Christmas from Marissa & Family.
The Purple Kiss Mercer Mayer's One of the Critter Kids series. A love story really - high school love, of all things. Not a fan.
Quidditch Through the Ages Kennilworthy Whisp Actually, JK Rowling wrote this book; I am Muggle and have the Harry Potter books, therefore know Kennilworthy Whisp is not a real person. This was a fun book to read; I've been a "fan" of Quidditch for quite some time now, I can sit and watch it in my head. In the word's of Rita Skeeter (Daily Prophet) "I've read worse."
The Real Me Betty Miles Um...I read this a while back, I think I enjoyed it. Yeah.
Reggie's No-Good Bird Nellie Burchardt 5th grade teacher was getting rid of old books, let me take whatever couldn't be sold or nobody wanted. Don't like the story too much, wasn't interested.

See left. I like reading diaries, and the whole princess thing...come on, what's not to love? I really like this series, they are all really good. My favorite is Cleopatra VII and Jahanara. Wonderful.
The Rules of the Game: FOOTBALL, SOCCER, BASKETBALL, BASEBALL Jennifer M. Sakurai I bought these in case I ever needed to learn about sports. I don't follow sports, except tennis, therefore I don't know the rules. These were at the library booksale.
S is for space Ray Bradbury Picked out of the "free book box" my 8th grade history teacher had lying about.
Scholastic Book of World Records 2003 Scholastic What can I say? My parents like for me to have stuff like this. Got it from Scholastic book order, year 2003 (doh!). Don't really care.
A Series of Unforunate Events: The Bad Beginning, The Reptile Room, The Wide Window, The Miserable Mill, The Austure Academy, The Ersatz Elevator, The Vile Village, The Hostile Hospital, The Carnivorous Carnival and The Slippery Slope. Lemony Snicket I bought the first eight book for a bargain at the book fair. I spent $40 at that fair, and this took up a good chunk of it! Love the books!
[edit]I got the latest two (The Carnivorous Carnival and The Slippery Slope) from Santa for Christmas 2003! [/edit]. Great stuff. I also bought Lemony Snicket: The Unauthorized Biography for myself.

Sing a Song of Popcorn Various Persons A bunch of really cute children's poems.
Snow Treasure Marie McSwigan One of those books you buy for the "young adults" in Junior High. Exactly why I was give it. It was good, and there wasn't any sappy love to mess it up like they usually put in books. I can appreciate cold snow.
The Sorcerer's Companion Allan Zola Kronzck & Elizabeth Kronzck ..and I quote, "A guide to the Magical World of Harry Potter". Interesting, with background information on loads of things. My only miff is that it's a lot like fanfiction; since Rowling had nothing to do with this book, some of the stuff doesn't "fit" with the Harry Potter and related books.
Spanish Dictionary: Spanish-English | English-Spanish Harper Collins Hey! I like languages ok? Kidding. I've never used this.
A step by step book about Guinea Pigs Anmarie Barrie I was young and I wanted a pet. My mom was leaning toward rodents, as long as they weren't rats. I read this book to see if I could take care of a guinea pig. They smell.
Super MAD #51 Edited by Albert B. Feldstein HAHAHAHAHAHA. Bought at an antique store for 50 cents. Worth every penny.
Tell It Like It Is Karle Dickelson OK, it's from one of those "girl" bookorders. It's like an interview with these 6 boys and girls to see what they think or whatever. Not a fan.
The Thief Lord Cornelia Funks A lovely novel that includes the four elements: a kid wishing they were grown-up, an adult wishing he was young (both got their wish), two brothers running away from a evil aunt and meeting up with a bunch of orphans being taken care of by the kid wishing he were a grown-up and a whole bunch of awesome stuff like that. A good book, though I don't have much inclination to read it again.
Totally Haunted Kids Bruce Nash and Allan Zullo Unlikely to be true stories, though they claim to be "real", about kids and encounters with ghosts and posessed furniture. Um, no, I didn't like this book.
Troll Jokes and Riddles Linda Longo I like trolls, but I didn't intentionally buy this book. It was given to me by mom, she probably got it in some "used" store. Not very amusing but the troll pictures were cute.

What Eric Knew James Howe Got it from a book order club. Read a few times out of boredom. Not well liked.
What the Stars Say about Life and Love
Seventeen: Total Astrology
Georgia Routsis Savas ::snort:: Right. This was written in "teen language" using words like "totally" and "hot hookup" in hopes that the ridiculous idea that the stars can tell me the kind of man I'm going to end up with will make more "sense" by appealing to my teenage soul. Good for a laugh.
Where was Patrick Henry On the 29th of May? Jean Fritz A neat historical biography on Patrick Henry. Got for free from old school.
Where's Mom Now That I Need Her? Betty Rae Frandsen, Kathryn J. Frandsen, and Kent P. Frandsen A neat book that tells you stuff you need to know when you're out on your own: cooking, cleaning and so forth.

The Best Tastes of Home CookBook
Banner Realty For someone with no kitchen ability, I sure have a number of cookbooks. Given to me by this lady who sold us our house, many years ago.
Booklet Dental Diary and Information Booklet My Dentist Useful for the out-of-the-blue reference book.
Booklet Saint Agnes M.R. Berardi Another story of a saint, who was thirteen years old when she became a martyr. She could be a role model; but I live can't up to that!
Booklet A Patient's Guide to Asthma Fred Leffert, MD My brother gets attacks from asthma once every so often, so I got this booklet so I could learn about it.
Booklet Paren'ts Home Safety Handbook Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Hey - Miguel was born there. My writing graffitis the pages. Useful to know, seeing as I may be a danger to myself.
Lamenated Pamphlet The Best Paper Airplanes You'll Ever Fly KLUTZ Yay, something to amuse me during French, you know?
Booklet About Jesus Christ Channing L Bete Co. I went to a Catholic School all through my education. I got something outta it, ok?
User Guide Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 ADOBE Useful, as a user guide is supposed to be.
Booklet The Arrow Writer's Handbook SCHOLASTIC V. Useful throughout sixth grade, as I learned NOTHING from my teachers that year.
Booklet Do You Really Know Your Pet? Luann Colombo I think the neatest thing that came with this book was the dog whistle! Man, that was cool.
User's Guide Norton SystemWorks Professional 2004 Symantec I haven't used this yet; mainly because I don't want to.
Booklet The Chinese Characters By Barbara Aria This came with a Chinese Stamp Set I got from my mom. It's really neat, and even has an explanation for each character. Awesome, thanks mom :)
Poster Book Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone Poster Book Warner & Scholastic Rupert Grint is cute. I'm not all that impressed with the pictures (mainly because Dan Radcliffe is in most of them >< yuck) but they are good...
Booklet The Real Me Revealed Julia Marsden Some fill-in-the-blank book to help find the "true me". Like, no?
Booklet SPEAK OUT! Scholastic It's a sign-in book; it's ok, not that I've really used it.
Booklet Bead Art Fun Ruthmarie Hofmann and Lisa Wright Craft book for making beeded keychain things. Cool.

I suppose these cook recipe cards could be considered part of my collection. I also consider 7th Grade Brain Quest and "Why is..How do..?" flashcards as a part of the collection as well.
